SWRTAC Meeting minutes from November 10th 2011 Mayo La Crosse
Members present;
Greg Breen, Laurie Nundahl, Kevin Dean, Carl Lash, Tracy Myhre, Heidi Antonneau, Staci Tenner, Ann Lang, Cecile DHuyvetter,Tammy Plonde, Carol Middleton, Jody Allen, Zach Fronk, Carl Ukkestad, Marianne Peck, Kim Lombard, Katie Schroeder.
We discussed;
Laurie Nundahl was elected to SWRTAC Executive council.
Funding requests were reviewed, we had 12 requests. You will be notified if your request was approved.
Read and discussed agencies that obtained funding and or equipment in 2010, and what the feedback was for getting the items. Many received funding but did not reply.
Patient Tracking- Tri State Ambulance is doing the second phase of the pilot, they will be trained by an RTAC coordinator, date TBD. Fort McCoy is also participating, they bought their own scanner, not sure who is training them.
Marianne Peck state of Wisconsin Trauma Coordinator gave a state update.She talked about STAC, state meeting changes, site reviews, Trauma registry.
2012 meeting dates were discussed and approved.
TCAR class Trauma care after resuscitation was discussed no action taken yet.
Also talked about, Child Death review teams, EMSC, State EMS meetings.
